Nashville TN mediator Margaret M. (Marnie) Huff established Margaret Huff Mediation in 2004. She has more than 30 years of experience as a litigation attorney, with an "AV" peer rating from Martindale-Hubbell, the highest rating given for legal ability and ethical standards. She is a Tennessee Supreme Court Rule 31 Listed General Civil Mediator, and a certified Better Business Bureau arbitrator. She is on the ADR panels for the U.S. District Courts for the Middle District and the Eastern District of Tennessee.

Huff is a member of the ABA Section of Dispute Resolution, a past elected member of the Section's Council, and co-chaired the Section's Advanced Mediation and Advocacy Institute. She is past Co-Chair of the Nashville Bar Association ADR Committee, past Chair of the Tennessee Bar Association Dispute Resolution Section, and a founding member of the Tennessee Association of Professional Mediators.

Huff is frequently invited to speak on ADR topics, including workplace conflict management and mediation ethics.

Ms. Huff's independent mediation practice is based in Nashville, providing custom designed ADR services to businesses, individuals and non-profit organizations.
